Quality & Sourcing Assurance
We use a geo-tagged farmer cluster management system. Every batch can be traced back to the specific farmer group and harvest date. All our sourcing is NPOP/USDA Organic certified with valid transaction certificates (TC).
Absolutely. While we provide our in-house NABL-accredited COA with every batch, we support external inspections by SGS, Eurofins, or Intertek at the loading port, at the buyer's cost.
Yes. We strictly adhere to EU mandate 2021/2246. We utilize solar-drying and steam-sterilization methods instead of chemical fumigants like EtO.
Payments & Trade Compliance
For initial orders, we typically operate on 30% Advance (TT) and 70% against Scanned Bill of Lading. For established partners with high volumes, we accept Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C).
Yes, we provide Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) or REX numbers for EU importers to ensure zero or reduced import duty where applicable.
Currently, we provide DDP services for small-box shipments (air cargo) to USA and UK. For sea containers, we typically operate on FOB or CIF terms, though DDU is possible for specific regions.

Standard MOQ for retail-ready pouches is 500 units per product. For custom-sized jars or tins, MOQs may vary based on container availability.
